All orders will be processed within 24 hours of placing an order between Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5PM will be processed the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Delivery is free of charge. Delivery of your parcel is sent via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of between 3-5 working days

Nail wraps purchased through www.nailbella.co.uk website are covered by our 14-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, or you have changed your mind, simply return the unopened product to us in a suitable envelope. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of postage. Returns have to returned within 14 days of your order date, upon receipt of unopened goods we will refund your money or exchange it for another product. All refunds will be at the same price the customer paid for the product.
When returning your Nail Bella product, please include your name, address and order number. We also recommend using a tracking service, as this provides insurance for the value of your item should it become lost in transit. Nail Bella is not responsible for products lost in transit without proof of tracking. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged.

Damage or Faulty
If you think your Nail Bella product is damaged or faulty we would ask you to contact our customer service team at email@example.com
We would ask you to provide details of your order number and the fault with the product, as we would need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. We would also ask you to provide us where possible an attached picture.
